. Receipt of information pack on prostate health
. Completion of self assessment questionnaire on urinary function, sexual function and general health
. Assessment with the clinical nurse specialist
. Urine testing
. Blood pressure, height, weight
. Urinary flow rate and bladder scan
. Blood sample for level of Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)
. Consultation and clinical examination with doctor to include digital rectal examination (DRE)

. External ultrasound examination of the testicles £80
. Transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) of the prostate gland £80
